- If you do not have an appointment but are having a dental emergency, we ask that you call BEFORE coming in so we can be sure we have the equipment to see you the same day.
- We will be taking temperatures upon your arrival.
- To keep as few people as possible in the building, we ask that if you have an appointment you do not bring anyone with you UNLESS you are in need of assistance while checking in. Once you are checked in, anyone who came with you will be asked to return to their vehicle. Doing this will keep the flow of people in and out of the building to a minimum.
- If you are bringing your child to an appointment, a parent/guardian may accompany the child back to their appointment if the child is 7yrs and under or if the child seems apprehensive about the appointment. Once your child is checked in, we ask that the parent/guardian return to their vehicle to keep the flow of people coming and going to a minimum.
- When you arrive for your appointment, DO NOT come inside. Please call and let us know you have arrived so we can let you know if we are ready for you to come inside.
- Late arrival to your appointment may result in us rescheduling you as we need to have the appropriate time to clean our rooms and change gear between patients.
- If you have been in contact with anyone who has or had COVID-19, if you have been out of the country, had or currently have a fever, cough or shortness of breath, let us know BEFORE you come for your appointment.
